Spicy Peanut Sauce
Yields about three servings
- 1/4 cup unsalted peanut butter
- 2 tsp. coriander
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tsps. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. water
Into a medium mixing bowl, add peanut butter, herbs, spices, vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil; whisk to combine. Add water a little at a time until you achieve a thick but pourable sauce. Taste and adjust seasonings to preference.
