Your opinion matters!

You may soon receive an important survey from SPH Analytics. If you get the mailing or email version, you can participate in a national effort to assess and improve healthcare in America.

Survey participants are chosen at random, and there are good reasons for you to respond:

  • Your experience matters. The survey asks about your experience with making appointments and receiving care, as well as your experience with your health plan. According to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, “The surveys focus on matters that patients themselves say are important to them and for which patients are the best source of information.”
  • Your information is private. Survey responses are anonymized. They’re completely confidential. If you are asked to participate, your responses will not impact your health coverage.
  • You can help us improve. Previous years’ surveys have given PacificSource valuable feedback, which we’ve used to spur improvements for members. Examples include better tools for finding doctors; streamlined Explanation of Benefits statements; a new, easy-to-read Member ID; and more.

If you’re picked to receive the survey, remember: It will come from SPH Analytics (our partner for this annual effort). It’s not junk mail, and it’s not trying to sell you anything. It’s your chance to let your voice be heard. You can have a positive impact on your own healthcare as well as the health of your community.

For our Oregon Health Plan/Medicaid members: You may receive a similar survey from the Center for the Study of Services (CSS). We hope you’ll take a moment to respond.
