It’s almost time for our annual, anonymous survey about patient experiences with the healthcare system, which includes providers, healthcare facilities, and health plans such as those offered by PacificSource. Patient experiences include communication with healthcare providers, the ability to schedule timely appointments, coordinated care from doctors and nurses, and easy access to information.

Survey results will help PacificSource identify our strengths as well as where improvement is needed. If you’re a member who’s randomly chosen to take the survey, we hope you participate. Responses are confidential, and your feedback could result in long-lasting healthcare improvements. (If you don’t want to participate, that’s okay, but know that the survey vendor is required to follow-up with you.)

If chosen to participate, members will receive a survey in the first few months of 2025. Be sure to check both your inbox and your mailbox, as surveys may be sent via email or mail.

These survey results are very important to us, as they are one of the biggest contributors to quality ratings. Most importantly, survey results help us and providers improve the services and care our members receive. For example, we’ve responded to last year’s feedback by making it easier to refill prescriptions, simplifying our onboarding materials, improving the timeliness of appointments, and making other improvements.
